Individual Client Advisor
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a loyal individual client portfolio.
- Build and sustain quality relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Actively participate in external prospecting with a minimum of three potential client visits per week.
- Proactively engage clients through various events and seminars.
- Achieve commercial objectives set by the hierarchy.
- Directly manage client portfolios, diagnose needs, and propose responsive products and services.
- Monitor performance and provide periodic reports to management.
- Handle client requests and complaints, managing daily compensation.
- Ensure risk management and compliance with rules and procedures.
- Administer client accounts and monitor deadlines.
Profile Requirements
- Education: Bac+5 in Commerce or Finance.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years.
- Skills: Knowledge of the individual market, legal and tax characteristics, and products and services for individuals.
- General Skills: Strong commercial appetite, mastery of sales and negotiation techniques, responsiveness, proactivity, and a sense of responsibility.
Versatile Individual Client Advisor
Responsibilities

- Participate in external prospecting activities with at least three visits per week.
- Directly manage client portfolios, diagnose needs, and quickly propose responsive products and services.
- Oversee daily operations within branches, including cash transactions and card stock management.
- Manage risk and ensure compliance, including safety instructions when handling cash.
Profile Requirements
- Education: Bac+5 in Economics, Management, or Commerce.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years.
- Skills: Knowledge of the individual market, legal and tax characteristics, and products and services for individuals.
- General Skills: Strong commercial appetite, mastery of sales and negotiation techniques, responsiveness, proactivity, precision, and dynamism.
Branch Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage the branch's customer relations plan in line with the regional commercial strategy.
- Lead and manage the team (training, skill development).
- Handle a portfolio of individual and professional clients.
- Promote Crédit du Maroc's products and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, procedures, and budgets, as well as manage risks.
Profile Requirements
- Education: Bac+5 in Commerce or Finance, with graduation from a university or business school.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in a similar position.
- Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, organization, delegation, control, team leadership, availability, and idealism.
- General Skills: Strong commercial appetite, mastery of sales and negotiation techniques, responsiveness, proactivity, and interpersonal skills.
