Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a loyal individual client portfolio.
  • Build and sustain quality relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Actively participate in external prospecting with a minimum of three potential client visits per week.
  • Proactively engage clients through various events and seminars.
  • Achieve commercial objectives set by the hierarchy.
  • Directly manage client portfolios, diagnose needs, and propose responsive products and services.
  • Monitor performance and provide periodic reports to management.
  • Handle client requests and complaints, managing daily compensation.
  • Ensure risk management and compliance with rules and procedures.
  • Administer client accounts and monitor deadlines.
Profile Requirements
  • Education: Bac+5 in Commerce or Finance.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years.
  • Skills: Knowledge of the individual market, legal and tax characteristics, and products and services for individuals.

Branch Manager
