Customer Quality Specialist – Tangier
Responsibilities
- Handle and analyze customer complaints and alerts.
- Submit claim reports within deadlines, tailored to specific report types.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented actions.
- Solve recurring issues by applying problem-solving methodologies.
- Weekly update of the external QRM and quality improvement plans.
- Conduct internal audits and LPA audits as per the set schedule.
- Monitor customer audit processes and visits.
- Continuously improve production support procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Educational level: Bac+5 in Quality, Engineering, Production, or a related technical field.
Product Responsible – Tangier
Responsibilities
- Coordinate production setup for new projects by ensuring the availability of 4Ms (Manpower, Material, Method, Environment).
- Manage YSFG obsolescence and the Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Participate and lead change management meetings, monitoring the status of modifications.
- Ensure effective communication and reporting internally (Yazaki) and externally (customers).
- Lead teams to ensure compliance with both internal and customer requirements.
- Oversee spare parts and after-sales services.
Qualifications
- Educational level: Engineering degree or Master's in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Strong team management, communication skills, and flexibility.
Finish Good Planner – Tangier
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule production activities.
- Analyze demand information and communicate with customers and service centers.
- Generate and adjust production plans as needed.
- Monitor production planning to ensure alignment with customer demands.
Qualifications
- Educational level: Engineering degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
Production Supervisor – Kenitra
Responsibilities
- Plan short- and medium-term resources to ensure sales according to the Order Production Plan (OPP).
- Monitor and analyze daily results for each project and product family.
- Implement corrective actions for any deviations from targets.
- Adjust capacity based on customer demand fluctuations.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and specifications across production areas.
- Verify the availability and value of raw materials in the production area.
- Implement procedures to reduce Work In Progress (WIP).
Qualifications
- Educational level: Bac+5 or equivalent in higher education.
- Extensive experience of at least 5 years in the automotive sector.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Experience in team and production management.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement methods (SMED, Kanban, Kaizen) and problem-solving tools (PDCA, QRQC).
- Competence in IT tools such as Microsoft Office and SAP.
